About me

My current research includes several collaborative projects on different topics in mathematics. As a teacher of mathematics, not only a researcher, I work to embrace a pedagogical approach to both teaching and learning mathematics, and I strive to promote critical thinking among my students at the Palestine Polytechnic University.

I joined AGYA for its opportunities to network, exchange, and discuss ideas with colleagues from diverse research fields, with the aim of generating new, creative, and entrepreneurial interdisciplinary projects. Being part of the AGYA network offers me a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the great work undertaken by the academy and the chance to access funding to realise my research and service-oriented scholarship ideas. Within AGYA, I am particularly interested in facilitating increased academic exchange, cross-border cooperation, and cross-cultural collaboration between scholars and students from Germany, Arab countries, and other parts of the world.

AGYA has given me the opportunity to attend several training sessions on innovative teaching methods and the integration of interdisciplinary courses in higher education. I can now apply what I have learnt to my own teaching.
