Bassam Alameddine
AGYA Alumni Jointly building bridges into the future
About me
AGYA offers the chance to interact with a diverse network of academics and researchers whose interests span across the entire spectrum of social and natural sciences
My current research interests focus on designing 2- and 3-D materials for Gas Separation, Carbon Dioxide Capture, and Hydrogen Gas Generation. In addition, I am exploring the synthesis of novel organic and polymer materials for photovoltaic and sensing applications. Unlike professional societies whose focus is very specific, AGYA offers the chance to interact with a diverse network of academics and researchers whose interests span across the entire spectrum of social and natural sciences. This opens a new perspective and bestows AGYA members with various chances, among others, diversity, open-mindedness, and interdisciplinarity.
