Workshop: Fietary and Physical Approaches - Supporting the Autistic and the Diabetic

Did you know that the right nutrition and physical activity can make a real difference in the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum and diabetes? Recent research highlights how well-planned diets and tailored exercise routines can positively support health, behaviour, and overall quality of life when aligned with individual needs and daily lifestyles.

Building on its commitment to community engagement and inclusive education, the College of Basic Education at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), Kuwait, and AGYA are pleased to invite you to a specialized international AGYA workshop. Experts in health, nutrition, and physical fitness from Kuwait, Egypt, the UAE, and Oman will come together to share practical, evidence-based guidance rooted in the latest scientific research.

Topics include the role of gluten-free and casein-free nutrition, information on how carefully designed physical activity can enhance daily functioning and well-being, plus simple, applicable strategies for families and caregivers. The workshop also features a hands-on nutrition segment, where attendees can explore and sample alternative meals made with gluten-free and casein-free ingredients—making healthy choices more accessible and enjoyable.
