Dhoha AlSaleh
About me
I am Assistant Professor of Business Administration at the Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait. My research interests include cross-cultural studies in the area of consumer behaviour and technology, social media, and innovation. Currently, I am working on several research projects related to digital disruption, ‘Fear of Missing Out’ (FOMO), social media crisis management, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
AGYA is an ideal platform for cultivating interdisciplinary and intercultural research between Germany and the Arab region.
Many young researchers like me, across different disciplines, are looking for just such a platform after pursuing our Ph.D. degrees. I was motivated to become an AGYA member because of the support and inspiration the academy provides its members. I wish to act as an ambassador of science and culture, representing my country, Kuwait.
