AGYA helps its members channel our academic and leadership potential in a positive environment of strong scholars, where we can push ourselves and each other to collectively grow and achieve our ambitions.

The many accomplishments that I have achieved with my fellow AGYA members over the years have all combined elements of academic rigour, curiosity, community spirit, and leadership development. My experiences in several tandem projects stand out as particularly memorable, on topics ranging from understanding construction law and its implementation to business and human rights. My favourite tandem project, however, focused on mediation and alternative approaches to conflict resolution. It involved a lot of hard work and commitment, but also yielded valuable lessons during the working sessions. As an alumnus, I look forward to engaging in AGYA task forces in different fields and generally helping AGYA to achieve its mission and vision.
