This year's AGYA Annual Conference in Germany took place in Munich, 26-28 May 2015. During the conference the AGYA members have discussed the recent, current and upcoming activities of the academy and its Working Groups. The conference venues, like Giesinger Bahnhof, Max-Planck-Institute for Astrophysics, the Goethe Institute and the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities reflected the scientific scope of the AGYA and its members. The conference has concluded with a public keynote lecture by Prof Dr Georges Tamer, Chair of Oriental Philology and Islamic Studies, Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
