Stimulating the Philosophical Dialogue: Two Anthologies in Arabic and German Language

Stimulating the philosophical dialogue between the Arab world and Germany: AGYA member Sarhan Dhouib together with his AGYA colleague Fayçal Djeffal pursue a project on ‘Voices of a New Enlightenment’. The project intends to compose two anthologies – one in Arabic and one in German language.

The “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Challenges in the 21st Century Forum” 2017 was an opportunity for Arab students to socialise and compete with their peers from other universities, engage with researchers and enhance their knowledge in the areas of their interest.

AGYA Transformation Group visits EU and NATO in Brussels

In December 2017 AGYA members visited Brussels to discuss current challenges for EU-Arab Cooperation with high-level representatives of the European Commission, the European External Action Service, the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament and NATO.

Exhibition: 'Arab and German Tales – Transcending Cultures'

The Arab and German Tales exhibition at Qatar National Library (QNL), which opened to the public on 17 April 2018, traces how some of the best known tales from both Arab and German – and wider Western – cultures developed from common roots, splitting over the centuries to reflect the societies that adopted them.
